The 7th International FIG Workshop on 3D Cadastres will take place in New, York, from 11-13 October 2021 (on-line with possible on-site/local sessions). It will be a joint event with 3D GeoInfo. The increasing complexity of infrastructures and densely built-up areas requires a proper registration of the legal status (private and public), which can only be provided to a limited extent by the existing 2D cadastral registrations. The registration of the legal status in complex 3D situations will be investigated under the header of 3D Cadastres. The Workshop on 3D Cadastres addresses developments in the following areas:

Extended abstracts should be submitted via https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=3dcad2021 (EasyChair) no later than 11 June 2021. Authors of accepted submissions are requested to submit the full paper by 6 September 2021. Full papers will be included in the proceedings (on-line available at start the workshop) published by FIG with ISBN / ISSN reference. Sessions will be recorded and these will be made available publically after the workshop. Based on the full papers and the presentations at the workshop, a limited number of authors will be invited (after the workshop) to submit a significantly different/ extended paper to a special issue 'Broadening 3D Land Administration' within the international scientific journal Land Use Policy (LUP).
